Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Coordination
Assist in scheduling daily/weekly production activities.
Ensure raw materials, molds, and machinery are available for smooth operations.
Monitor production output to achieve targets with minimal downtime.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Track raw material and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of raw materials (plastic resins, additives, packaging, etc.).
Maintain stock reports and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Quality & Compliance
Work with the quality team to ensure products meet required standards.
Assist in implementing ISO, GMP, or other quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
Operations & Process Improvement
Monitor daily shop floor activities and resolve operational issues.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing or cost-reduction initiatives.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate between production, logistics, and management teams.
Supervise operators, helpers, and support staff as required.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on production, wastage, and machine utilization.
Logistics & Dispatch
Coordinate dispatch of finished goods to clients.
Work with transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain dispatch records and customer service support.
